If you are needing information on water availability to a specific area or address within the city's service area, you must complete the Request for Service Application. The city will only respond to the owner of the property.

Sewer Tap Fee

Lorena's wastewater tap fee is $1800 per 4 inch connection and $2500 for all 6 inch connection inside the city limits of Lorena and $2300 per 4 inch connection and $3000 per 6 inch connection outside the city limits of Lorena; an additional fee may be assessed at the rate of $15 per square foot in the event a roadway or other obstruction must be traversed in order to provide service.

Cost of $15 per square foot for traversing a roadway, and actual costs for a road bore if required will be included in the estimated costs and also require a 50% prepayment by the applicant.
