The City is in the process of replacing aged infrastructure
along Front Street, across Center Street, and down North Houston ending atWilliams Road.  This project is an
Environmental Protection Agency sponsored project that in the short term mayand will cause delays to traffic in the downtown area for the duration of the
project.
