City Manager

Purpose


The city manager is responsible for implementing city council policy. Citizens of the city receive important public services from the city. The city manager's day to day leadership, directing staff and departments, assures efficient delivery of city services such as public safety and provision of public water and sewer service. Managing the annual budget process, developing short and long term special projects, coordinating inter-governmental relations and public information functions are additional duties of the city manager.
